CBI Recruitment 2022: केंद्रीय जांच ब्यूरो (सीबीआई) ने प्रतिनियुक्ति पर पद उप सलाहकार (बैंकिंग) के लिए पात्रता को पूरा करने वाले अनुभवी उम्मीदवारों से आवेदन आमंत्रित किए हैं। सक्षम उम्मीदवारों में, जो प्रतिनियुक्ति पर उप सलाहकार (बैंकिंग) के योग्य विशिष्ट से मिले हैं, वे संलग्न भर्ती अधिसूचना में दिए गए निर्देशों के अनुसार आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

Modality of Application: अधिकारियों को उचित चैनल के माध्यम से आवेदन करना चाहिए और निर्धारित प्रशंसापत्र को उनके संबंधित आवेदनों और नियोक्ता/संवर्ग नियंत्रण प्राधिकरण द्वारा प्रमाणन के साथ संलग्न करना चाहिए, जो पूरी तरह से एक लिफाफे में संलग्न है "पोस्ट उप सलाहकार (बैंकिंग) के लिए आवेदन पावती के साथ पंजीकृत डाक के माध्यम से जमा करने से पहले। / केंद्रीय जांच ब्यूरो, प्रधान कार्यालय, नई दिल्ली में स्पीड पोस्ट।

उप निदेशक (कार्मिक), सीबीआई मुख्यालय के कार्यालय में प्राप्य होने के लिए यहां बताए गए प्रशंसापत्र के साथ आवेदन प्राप्त करने की अंतिम तिथि सीबीआई भर्ती रिक्ति नोटिस जारी करने की 60 तारीख है।

i) Cadre Clearance Certificate;

ii) Vigilance Clearance;

iii) Integrity Certificate signed by an Officer not below the rank of Deputy Secretary/Director to the Government of India; 

iv) Major/Minor Penalty Statement during the Past Ten (10) Years and 

v) Confidential Report (CR) Dossier of Annual Confidential Reports (ACRs)/Annual Performance Assessment Reports (APARs) of preceding Five/Six Years duly countersigned with Seal Attestation on each Page of the by the Officer Not Below the Rank of an Under-Secretary to the Government of India are also required to be sent with the Application. If for some reason, the Officer’s ACRs/APARs have not been written for a Particular Year or a Part of a Year and, A ‘No Report Certificate’ (NRC) is also needed to be sent.

Selection Criteria: 

ऐसे उम्मीदवारों को, जिन्हें बैंकिंग लेनदेन, विशेष रूप से विभिन्न प्रकार के ऋणों और क्रेडिट सुविधाओं का व्यावहारिक ज्ञान है, को शॉर्टलिस्ट करने के लिए विचार किया जा सकता है। केंद्रीय जांच ब्यूरो द्वारा मांगे गए प्रशंसापत्र के साथ उम्मीदवारों को वाइवा-वॉयस के लिए बुलाया जाएगा।

Terms and Tenure of Services: 

प्रतिनियुक्ति की अवधि, केंद्र सरकार के उसी या किसी अन्य संगठन या विभाग में इस नियुक्ति से ठीक पहले धारित किसी अन्य पूर्व-संवर्ग पद पर प्रतिनियुक्ति की अवधि सहित सामान्यत: 04 वर्ष से अधिक नहीं होगी।

उप प्रबंधक (बैंकिंग) के रूप में नियुक्त अधिकारी की नियुक्ति पूर्णकालिक आधार पर रहेगी। कार्यभार ग्रहण करने के बाद उसे भुगतान के आधार पर कोई अन्य कार्यभार ग्रहण करने या किसी अन्य कार्य या कार्य को करने में शामिल होने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।

Pay Scale: Pay Band 3 (Rs.15600-Rs.39100) with Grade Pay (Rs.5400) (Pre-Revised) Level 10 as per the 7th CPC

Recruitment Methodology: By Deputation (including Short-Term Contract)

Essential Eligibility: Should be holding Analogous Rank (Deputy Manager or Manager) in the Bank.

Monthly Remuneration: Pay Level 10 as per 7th CPC

Age Limit (As On the Closing 60th Date from issuance of the Vacancy Notice):

The Candidate should not Exceed (Maximum) 56 Years on the Closing Date for submission of the Applications.

Eligibility Benchmark:

भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक (RBI), राष्ट्रीय कृषि और ग्रामीण विकास बैंक (NABARD), भारतीय लघु उद्योग विकास बैंक (SIDBI), या सार्वजनिक सहित केंद्र सरकार या राज्य सरकारों या केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों या सरकारी वित्तीय संस्थानों के अधीन अधिकारी सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के बैंक (PSB) सहित सेक्टर वित्तीय संस्थान (PSFI)।

A.i) holding Analogous Posts on a Regular Basis in the Parent Cadre/Department; Or the Department; Or

ii) with 02 Years’ Service in the Grade rendered Post Appointment thereto on a Regular Basis in the Pay Band-2(Rs.9300 to Rs.34800) Plus Grade Pay Rs.4800 (Level 8 of Pay Matrix) or Equivalent in the Parent Cadre or Department. Or

iii) with 03 Years’ Service in the Grade rendered Post Appointment thereto on a Regular Basis in the Pay Band-2(Rs.9300 to Rs.34800) Plus Grade Pay Rs.4600 (Level 7 of Pay Matrix) or Equivalent in the Parent Cadre or Department.

B) The Officers should also Essentially have in possession

i) Bachelor Degree from any Duly Recognized University. Or

ii) A Qualification recognized for Enrolment in the Register of Members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Or

iii) Certified Associates of Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB).
